Awesome service at a great price. It was very relaxing and we left very happy with the service.

By far the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. This place is terrible. They use really rough force to massage you using their elbows and pressing down on your spine. It’s almost like they’re doing it intentionally I would not recommend this place. I asked for a 60 minute massage and they went over almost 2 hours and tried to get me to pay for it and then wanted me to tip and now my back is so sore and worse than when I walked in, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Do not go here.

Rubbed my back raw. Didn’t touch anything expect my legs kinda and that’s it.. she took cell phone calls during massage was blowing her nose.. def do not go recommend going to a better establishment! Left feeling dirty and like I wanted $115. Oh and it was very cold in there.. rushed me to the front and insisted I left a $28 tip before it even began!

I've never ended a massage early before, but I did today, it was that bad. I paid for a 30 minute chair massage and lasted almost 20, but I should have gotten up sooner. Several times I asked if the masseur (don't know his name) could adjust the chair, but he didn't seem to understand. I left with a red, raw spot on my chin from it rubbing for the whole time. Not only was I in an uncomfortable position because the chair was set for a much shorter person than myself, but the massage itself was terrible. Deep pressure was repeated in the exact same spot for minutes, before finally moving centimeters to another spot. And then at other times the pressure was light as a feather, it was the weirdest thing. The masseur was very short in stature, had to use a stool for most of the massage, and breathed heavily on me the entire time. Absolutely uncomfortable, not at all relaxing. I would not recommend this location. I will be returning to the location on 82nd & Slide, where I've always had good experiences.

So, we usually love this place but unfortunately I went today and got a woman masseuse. I kept trying to tell her I needed it deeper but she couldn't understand. I have been getting horrible headaches from a knot in my right shoulder and was hoping they'd work on that knot, but she never even touched that knot. I told her 3 times I needed that spot worked on but she couldn't understand. It felt more like a tickle than a deep tissue massage. Again I usually love this place, but did not have a very good experience today. 😢 I was hoping to be able to email them about my experience in hopes that they'd tell me to come back to try again but couldn't find a way to contact them other than calling. Thanks.
